Please call our office within our trading hours (8:30am-5:00pm Mon-Thur and 8:30am-4:00 Fri) to discuss. We will schedule an appropriate day and time for our sales staff to meet in person or answer any questions you have via phone or email.

We organise transport Australia wide! Local retailers can expect delivery from our warehouse staff. Customers in wider NSW or interstate will have their goods delivered via one of our trusted transport providers.

Call one of our sales or office staff and we’ll happily post out your required samples or deliver on our next visit. We have swatches, parts and hand samples available for all of our products.

Polymer plantation shutters have a lead time of 6 weeks to our warehouse.

Basswood, Wildwood and Aluminium plantation shutters have a turn around time of 6-8 weeks. Special shaped shutters also have an 6-8 week turnaround to our warehouse.    All lead times commence from date of confirmed order and/or approved factory drawings.

Sheer Elegance, Honeycomb & Illusion blinds have a 14 day lead time once you have received an order confirmation. Aluminium venetians have a 21 day lead time.

Our componentry orders are placed quarterly. With different product lines arriving each month. A schedule is sent out at the beginning of each year with ordering deadlines and planned shipping/arrival dates.  

We have two tailored online ordering systems for our blinds and plantation shutters. Both can be accessed with your own personal login via this site. Once your account application has been processed and you have orders ready to be placed, you’ll receive your login details. Should you require componentry, order forms will be sent and returned via email.

Payment terms need to be discussed with your sales representative.

For new customers, 50% deposit payments are required with the balance to be paid on delivery.

Our product warranties vary between each product. All blinds come with a 3 year warranty.

Polymer plantation shutters, 20 years, Aluminium plantation shutters 15 years and Basswood and Wildwood shutters, a 5 year warranty.

In the unfortunate event that your goods arrive damaged or are damaged during installation we will reorder or replace where possible. In order to complete this process, we require photographs, order number and item numbers affected. Standard lead times will occur for remakes.
